1.What is the water cycle?
The Water Cycle is the process in which water travels continuously in the same pattern. From evaporation, to condensation, and finally to precipitation.
2.Does the water cycle have a beginning or end?
No, since the word cycle means circle there is no beginning and no end it just goes on forever with no starting or stopping.
3.Starting with a puddle on a sunny day, describe how water might move through the water cycle and eventually fall back as rain.
A puddle on a sunny day will go through the water cycle because of the energy of the sun. The waters temperature will rise and evaporate, as the water vapor rises the temperature cools. This causes the water to condense and form clouds. then when the water molecules meet other water molecules, they will create precipitation and will then fall back to the ground.
4.Create a diagram (using Google docs or word) of the puddle to rain scenario you created for extra credit.
